**If you are reducing the number of nights, please note that TOTAL price reflected is not correct! When I reach out to you, I will confirm the price for the dates that you have selected. You can see what the nightly total is and multiple that by the number of nights and the number of guests to get an idea. If there is a child under 12, the rate will be slightly reduced.

Occupancy Guidelines

• Maximum capacity in a guest room is two (2) adults and two (children) under 13 years of age, three (3) adults and one (1) child under 13 years of age or (4) adults and no children based on existing bedding (extra beds and cribs are subject to availability).
• Children 2 years old and under are free when sharing a room with one, two or three accompanying adults; when sharing with only one (1) accompanying adult, the adult will be charged the single occupancy rate.
• Children 3 years old up to 12 years old are subject to the rates shown for per child, per night, when sharing the room with two (2) accompanying adults; when sharing the room with only one (1) accompanying adult, adult will be charged the adult single occupancy rate per night and the child will be charged the same per child, per night.
• Children over 12 years old are charged at the adult rate as second person in double occupancy or third person in triple occupancy, as indicated.
