Why Book With Us?
- You get my personalized service throughout the trip planning process - no having to call the cruise line to ask a question or rely on Google for answers! I'm the expert!
- I will help you plan EVERY aspect of the trip! I can plan:
- Flights
- Pre & post cruise hotels
- Shore Excursions
- I will provide you with all of your travel documents in a printed & bound format 1-2 weeks before travel. Everything you need will be included, along with additional information about the ship and experiences available onboard!
Important Information About Flights
I can book flights and hotels for you if you would like. If you prefer to book on your own, I just ask that you share your flight information with me so that I can monitor for any changes or delays that could affect your trip.
- Flights will become available for booking around 330 days before departure.
- We will be cruising out of Vancouver, Canada so that is where you will need to fly into.
- We recommend flying in AT LEAST one day prior to cruise debarkation. This helps prevent the risk of a delayed flight causing you to miss the cruise!
- Vancouver is an amazing city with alot to explore, so it is perfect to arrive 2-3 days (or more) early to experience!
- Our cruise will end in Whittier, Alaska. We will fly home from Anchorage, Alaska.
- Anchorage is over an hour away from Whittier. You will have to either take the cruise shuttle or a tour to get there. You can also rent a car in Whittier if you are planning to stay extra days and visit other areas.
- Flights from Anchorage depart mostly in the early morning or late evening hours. When we disembark from the cruise, you CANNOT book a flight that departs BEFORE 12:00 pm, and that is pushing it.
- We did a similar itinerary July 2025 and booked a catamaran excursion in Whittier to tour the glaciers and surrounding Prince William Sound. They stored our luggage while we were on the tour. Afterwards, we took the Alaska Railroad train to Anchorage. This train ONLY runs in the evenings, so that is why we booked the excursion before. Whittier has some things to explore, but not a full days worth, and who wants to haul their luggage around all day?!?
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the deposit amount?
The deposit is $250 per person, due at the time of booking.
When is final payment due?
Final payment is due 5/16/27.
How do I make payments?
All payments will be submitted through a secure credit card authorization. I will then post that payment directly to the cruise line. You can make payments in any amount at any time as long as the final payment is made by 5/16/27.
When can I book flights?
Flights will be available for booking 330 days before the flight date. There is NO magic date, time, day of the week to book. Flight pricing is very dynamic so we recommend booking your flights as soon as possible.
- Flight bookings are always due in full at the time of booking. We are able to offer FlexPay/Uplift to utilize payments. Ask me for more information if this is something you would be interested in.
When do I need to book the cruise by?
We have special group space held, which is locking in rates lower than current available rate. Alaska is VERY popular and tends to sell out prime space quickly! The sooner you place your deposit, the better options you have on cabin locations and cabin selection.
How do I get travel insurance?
I always highly recommend everyone purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in your vacation. Once you book, I will provide you an insurance quote with Allianz, our preferred supplier. We recommend them over the cruise line insurance because the cover your ENTIRE trip, NOT just the cruise portion. They also provide coverage for lost/delayed luggage, medical illness or injury, and many other things.
What if the price of the cruise drops lower?
My system is set up to monitor for price drops on every cruise on every cruise line! If the price drops, we WILL get your price lowered to the lower rate!

Ports of Call
Vancouver (Day 1)

Most of Canada's imports from and exports to the Orient and Australia pass through Vancouver, Canada's gateway to the Pacific. From the harbor entrance, spot the Lion's Gate, made up of twin mountain peaks closely resembling crouching lions. Visitors enjoy discovering this cosmopolitan city, from the shops of Robson Street to historic Gastown.
Ketchikan (Day 3)

Ketchikan was originally founded as a Native American fishery before growing during the 1898 Gold Rush to the Klondike. Much of the town's colorful past is still evident, both in the city center and especially in the nearby Native American villages, where visitors will be enchanted by colorfully carved totem poles and the fascinating legends that surround them.
Juneau (Day 4)

Skagway (Day 5)

With its colorful history Skagway is one of the most interesting and bustling towns of the Inside Passage. Skagway was born during the Gold Rush of 1898 when more than 10,000 adventurers used the community as the starting point of their hunt for gold. Now, nature has reclaimed the land, offering visitors the opportunity to explore the rainforest, visit historic ruins, breathe in the fresh mountain air.
Glacier Bay National Park (Scenic Cruising) (Day 6)
College Fjord (Day 7)

Many cruise ships sail through College Fjord, an inlet enclosed by more than ten glaciers. From the cruise ship, passengers will see where the glaciers meet the sea and maybe even spot sea lions resting on the ice floating in the water. Choosing a balcony stateroom will allow you to take in these breathtaking sights from the comfort of your own room.
Anchorage (Day 8)

Alaska's largest city is a vibrant, eclectic metropolis with modern luxuries, natural wonders and a frontier spirit. The diversity of the city's residents means a there are always a multitude of arts and cultural activities, dining options and events. Summer brings sunny days – and sunny nights – and mild temperatures. Many travelers sailing on a cruise from Seward fly into Anchorage and travel to the cruise ship in Seward by car, train or bus. Consider spending extra time in Anchorage pre- or post-cruise to take advantage of the all the city has to offer.
